West Tampa Transfer Station

Daytech successfully bid for the new waiting area installation at the West Tampa Transfer Station adjacent to Raymond James Stadium - home of the Buccaneers.

A unique format was demanded, due to the potential numbers of users at peak times. The final design takes the form of intersecting walkways leading to high capacity shelters at the ends, with a pyramid feature marking the centre.

GO Transit BRT

BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) systems are appearing worldwide at an astonishing rate, and Daytech has been quick to respond to the need for special high capacity shelters serving transport hubs and interchanges.

Working closely with GO Transit in Toronto, the first BRT shelter design was developed on a competitive basis. It was unveiled in its prime location on the campus of the new University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) in Oshawa in late 2006.
